Safety priority: The toner must be made with inorganic and environmentally friendly pigments. The surface coating resin must meet food contact grade standards to avoid excessive levels of heavy metals and VOCs.
Roundness of particles: The granulation and rolling steps determine the feel. Smooth and round particles are safer and provide a better experience.
Sintering degree: Excessive sintering will result in hard and brittle particles; insufficient sintering will lead to high water absorption and susceptibility to mold.

The particles are fired at a high temperature of 1000 - 1200℃ and sintered in an oxidizing atmosphere, causing them to become porcelainized, forming a dense, high-strength, non-absorbent ceramic matrix. The sintered particles are then placed in a mixer and coated with food-grade resin glaze. The surface is smooth, with a touch similar to that of plastic, and does not cause discomfort when stepped on. It is waterproof and non-absorbent. When dirty, it can be washed directly with water. The color is brighter and does not fade easily.
