Under constant temperature and pressure in sealed reaction workshops, the raw powder reacts with food-grade auxiliary materials to form refined barium-based liquid solution. All reaction parameters are controlled by intelligent computer system, instead of manual rough operation. Such inferior powder will cause paint film bubbling, product corrosion and shortened service life of end products. After purification, we conduct low-temperature drying, airflow classification and anti-caking treatment for finished powder. After drying, materials are graded by ultra-fine airflow mill to classify powder into different mesh sizes evenly. No chemical whitening agent, color fixative or surface toxic modifier is added in the whole process, so the powder has natural permanent whiteness, non-toxic property and outdoor fade resistance.
